Hi there,
I’m Charlotte Austin.
I created Intuitive Organizing to support you in reclaiming your space, stepping into your power, and creating the life you want to live.
Every chapter of my journey has taught me how deeply our environments reflect and influence our inner lives. Whether we’re organizing your home, sorting through paperwork, or reshaping habits, my role is to guide you, sometimes gently, sometimes with the challenge needed to face hard truths, so you can reconnect with what matters most and reclaim the life you want to live.
My work is about more than clearing physical clutter. It’s about creating space, from within and around you, to notice, reflect, and take steps toward change. Whether it’s a messy room or inner resistance, real shifts begin when we gently step outside our comfort zones with courage and compassion. That’s where empowerment lives and transformation takes root.
With a holistic and results-focused approach, I support individuals navigating life transitions, including divorce, downsizing, empty nesting, supporting teens, or the challenges and joys of parenting and caregiving. I bring a blend of organizing expertise, mindset coaching, and administrative skill to help you move from overwhelm to clarity, one intentional shift at a time.
My professional background includes:
Professional Organizer and member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO)
Certified Holistic Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and currently pursuing the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential
Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA)
Former owner of a residential cleaning business in San Diego
Owning a home-based service business has given me a deep respect for how organized spaces and thoughtful routines impact daily life, principles I carry into all of my work. My own journey, guided by a wonderful mentor I’ve confided in for over a decade and continue to confide in to this day, has deepened my understanding of how presence, intention, and sometimes confronting difficult insights can create lasting transformation.
My paralegal training helps me bring structure and discretion to paper management, especially during emotionally charged transitions. While I don’t offer legal advice, I support clients in organizing legal and personal documents with care and professionalism.
Let’s begin with a discovery call and explore what’s possible—together.
