HI, I’M CHARLOTTE AUSTIN

Intuitive Organizing grew out of my own understanding that our spaces often reflect the seasons of our life. When life shifts in a different direction, our environment often changes. But it also goes the other way around: changing your space invites new energy in.

I created this work to support people during transitions, offering a steady presence while things are shifting. This is about helping you reconnect with yourself through your space, in a way that feels respectful, thoughtful, and manageable.

HOW IT ALL STARTED

A PATH SHAPED BY TRANSITION

My understanding of space and personal growth started at a young age. As a child I moved often. In this period of constant change, I looked for stability - and found it in my own room. To each new place I brought items that gave me energy, made me feel like myself. This way, with every move I carved out a corner that made it feel like home. A traveling sanctuary.

Years later, before becoming an organizer and coach, I spent years working as a certified paralegal. That experience grounded me in structure, attention to detail, and the importance of discretion—especially during emotionally charged moments.

I saw firsthand how overwhelming life can feel when systems fall apart, paperwork piles up, or decisions feel too heavy to make alone. Over time, my work shifted toward supporting people more directly, blending organization with deeper reflection and support.

BEYOND THE PHYSICAL SPACE

HOW COACHING SHOWS UP IN ORGANIZING

Organizing, as I practice it, goes beyond the physical space.

As we work together, we notice patterns—what’s being held onto, what feels burdensome, and what’s ready to shift. Coaching shows up in the pace we take, the questions I ask, and the way decisions are made collaboratively.

Sometimes that looks gentle.
Sometimes it looks like an honest conversation.
Always, it’s rooted in respect for your lived experience.

I work primarily with individuals navigating life transitions, including:

  • Divorce and separation

  • Downsizing and empty nesting

  • Parenting, caregiving, and supporting teens

  • Changes in identity, routine, or direction

My role is to help you create environments—mental, physical, emotional and spiritual—that feel steadier, lighter, and easier to live inside.
