HOW I SUPPORT YOU
Combining organizing support with holistic coaching.
My work blends organizing and coaching to support people navigating life transitions with steadiness and care.
This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level change.
It’s about creating spaces — and systems — that support who you are now.
I work in person in Seattle, WA, and virtually nationwide depending on your needs.
ORGANIZING & COACHING COMBINED
THOUGHTFUL SUPPORT FOR MEANINGFUL TRANSITIONS
Organizing is never just about things. When life changes — through downsizing, divorce, navigating health challenges, the loss of a loved one, caregiving, retirement, or quiet shifts in identity — our environments often feel it first.
That’s why I combine organizing with coaching. We move at a pace that allows reflection, decision-making, and sustainable change.
This may be for you if:
• Your home feels heavier than it used to
• You’re navigating a major life shift
• You want support that feels steady, not rushed
• You’re ready for change, but unsure where to begin
What this supports:
• Reducing overwhelm
• Letting go with intention
• Creating systems that last
• Spaces that feel easier to live in
We may focus on one room or your whole home depending on your needs.
Every engagement is shaped around your pace and priorities.

COACHING AND PAPER RESET
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
A steady place to land while life is shifting
Coaching is available as a standalone service for clients seeking reflection, direction, or support during change. This is a calm, structured space to slow down, think clearly, and move forward with intention.
As we work together, we slow things down just enough to notice what’s underneath the surface — patterns, decisions, and shifts that are ready to happen.
Common reasons clients begin coaching:
• Life transitions or uncertainty
• Decision fatigue
• Habit or routine changes
• Desire for steadier momentum
Is this you?
• You’re navigating a transition and feel stretched or unsure
• You’re carrying a lot and need space to think
• You’re ready for change, but don’t want to rush it
PAPER RESET
Organizing documents with care and discretion
Paper can feel especially overwhelming during transitions.
I support clients in sorting, organizing, and maintaining personal and household documents with professionalism and care. My background as an advanced certified paralegal allows me to bring structure and discretion to this process.
In some cases, we may begin with a coaching session before organizing. This depends on your needs and comfort level.
Is this you?
• Paper feels overwhelming or easy to avoid
• You’re unsure what to keep or where to begin
• You want a system you can trust and maintain
What this supports
• Easier access to important information
• Reduced mental load
• A greater sense of order and calm
PRICING & FIT

I keep pricing simple and transparent. My hourly rate is $120, with a reduced rate of $100 per hour available for five-session packages. Details are shared during our discovery call so we can choose what best supports you.
Some clients prefer focused, short-term support. Others choose ongoing work. We’ll find what fits.
If you’re in a season of transition and want support that feels calm, grounded, and human, I’d love to talk.
